The room was in need of a better cleaning, better decor, had some chips and dents, the TV didn't have anything to access to watch anything, staff isn't around after 4pm, and I think that they can do better! I couldn't get the jet on the Jacuzzi tub to turn on and I texted the number that was given and got no response. They didn't acknowledge my text at all during my stay.
